1. Overview & Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all software products — including Android mobile applications and Google Chrome extensions — developed and published by Farhat Ullah, operating under Pyaox (collectively referred to as "we," "us," or "our").
By using any of our products, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our products.
Where a specific product has additional privacy considerations, those are noted in the relevant product section below.
2. Products Covered
This policy covers all current and future products published under Pyaox, including:
Android Car Manager: Auto Expenses
Package: com.pyaox.carmanager · Platform: Android (Google Play Store)
A vehicle expense tracker for managing fuel logs, maintenance costs, and financial summaries across multiple vehicles.
Chrome QuickListAI
Domain: quicklistai.org · Platform: Google Chrome Web Store
An AI-powered Chrome extension that generates marketplace listing descriptions for resellers on Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, eBay, and Vinted.
All Future Products
Any future Android apps or Chrome extensions published under Pyaox are automatically covered by this policy unless a separate product-specific policy is published.
3. Data We Collect
3.1 Account & Authentication Data All Products
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Encrypted password (we never store plain-text passwords)
- Account creation date and last login timestamp
3.2 Car Manager: Auto Expenses Android
When you use Car Manager, we collect and store the following data that you provide:

We do not collect location data, contacts, call logs, or any device sensors. Car Manager only accesses data you explicitly enter or upload.
3.3 QuickListAI Chrome
When you use QuickListAI, we collect:
- Listing input text — product details you type to generate AI descriptions. Sent to our AI service and not permanently stored after generation.
- Product images — photos uploaded for AI vision-based generation (premium only). Processed in real-time and not retained.
- Credit usage — number of AI generations performed, to enforce plan limits.
- Subscription status — free or paid tier, managed via ExtensionPay.
3.4 Technical & Usage Data All Products
We may automatically collect limited technical data including app/browser version, error logs (for bug fixing only), and general usage patterns. We do not use advertising trackers or sell usage data.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect exclusively to:
- Provide and operate the features of each product
- Sync your data across your devices (where applicable)
- Authenticate your identity and maintain account security
- Enforce plan limits and manage credits (QuickListAI)
- Diagnose and fix technical issues
- Send essential account communications (e.g. password reset emails)
- Improve features based on aggregate, anonymised usage trends
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the product you are using.
5. Third-Party Services
Our products rely on a small set of carefully selected infrastructure providers. Each is contractually bound to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (Android apps) and processed via Cloudflare (Chrome extension API calls). All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic methods.
Files and attachments are stored in Supabase Storage with per-account access controls. No other user can access your files.
While we implement strong security practices, no system is 100% immune to incidents. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:
- Account data — retained until you delete your account.
- Vehicle, expense, and transaction records — retained until deleted within the app or upon account deletion.
- Uploaded attachments — retained until you remove them or delete your account.
- AI input data (QuickListAI) — processed in real-time and not retained after generation.
- Error/crash logs — retained for up to 90 days for debugging only.
Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights over your data at any time:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Portability — Request your data in a portable format (where technically feasible).
- Withdraw Consent — Stop using the product and request deletion at any time.

9. Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via two methods:
Car Manager: Auto Expenses
How to delete your account in-app:
- Open Car Manager on your Android device
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm — all vehicles, expenses, and attachments will be permanently removed
All Products — Email Request
Email ufarhat03@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email address on your account. We will complete deletion within 30 days and confirm via email.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data — including vehicles, expenses, transaction history, and uploaded files — will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
10. Children's Privacy
Our products are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us at ufarhat03@gmail.com and we will delete the information promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify users via an in-app notice or update notes.
Continued use of any product after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If you disagree, you may stop using the product and request account deletion.
